The scientific documentation was understaken by Mr. Ioannis Amvrosiadis, Professor of Food Technology of Animal Origin, School of Veterinary Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The evaluation took place as part of MEAT DAYS 2012 exhibition from 29\/9 until 1\/10\/2012 at the Metropolitan Expo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information on the event, click&nbsp;<a
