The Ethos certification is a criterion for compliance with the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility for all member companies of the ELLA-DIKA MAS Initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How it works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The assessment is carried out annually, based on a special questionnaire, according to which the overall result of the company&#8217;s compliance with the requirements set by the Standard is obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key evaluation pillars:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respect of human rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health, safety and working conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality of customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fighting corruption and bribery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local society<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ethos sign was awarded for the first time to Apostolos Papadopoulos Meat Company during the 13th Plenary Session of the ELLA-DIKA MAS Initiative, which took place in Volos on September 24, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2022:<\/strong> According to the 2022 evaluation, the company received the Ethos label, achieving a compliance level greater than 60% and worked systematically to achieve a higher level of compliance in the future and be distinguished with the Ethos Gold label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2023:<\/strong> According to the 2023 assessment, the company received the Ethos Gold label, achieving a compliance level greater than 75%, and is working systematically to achieve a higher level of compliance in the future and be distinguished with the Ethos Platinum label.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is the Corporate Social Responsibility Assessment Standard for businesses, which was jointly developed by CSR HELLAS (Hellenic Network for Corporate Social Responsibility) and the European certification body EUROCERT, focusing on the basic principles of Corporate Social Responsibility, Responsible Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development.
