The Thracian Kavourma has been in the Guinness Book of World Records since March 22nd, 2017.
Apostolos Papadopoulos Meat Company participates in the project and together with the companies named Allantika Karahasan, Nostima EPE and allantika Delintzis, prepared the giant traditional Thracian Kavourma, 15.1 meters long anf weighting 293,80 kg.
The project was the initiative and was organized by the Chamber of Canthi and took place at the Municipal Stadium Filippos Amoridis, as part of the General Exhibition of Xanthi.
