1st Organoleptic Evaluation of Greek products based on meat 2012

A total number of five Quality Awards were granted to the products of Apostolos Papadopoulos Meat Company during the 1st Organoleptic Evaluation of Greek Products based on Meat and Meat-Derived Products. 

More specifically: 

  • Gold award for semi-dry salami and pastourma
  • Silver award for Thracian kavourma 
  • Bronze award for the products of petalo sausage of Xanthi and mixed spicy sausage. 

The evaluation event was co-organized by the Association for the Protection and Development of Greek Meat Production, Trade and Processing of Northern Greece (SPAKBE), the Association of Greek Meat Processing Industries (SEVEK), the company o.mind creatives and the magazine named Meat Place. The scientific documentation was understaken by Mr. Ioannis Amvrosiadis, Professor of Food Technology of Animal Origin, School of Veterinary Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The evaluation took place as part of MEAT DAYS 2012 exhibition from 29/9 until 1/10/2012 at the Metropolitan Expo.
